The Traffic Penalty Tribunal’s Annual Report for the operating year 2022-23 has now been published.
The report is written by Chief Adjudicator Caroline Hamilton and presents information on the adjudicators’ work for the year, including information on new schemes, appeal outcomes, statistics and key cases.
