Have a Telephone / Video Hearing,
or get your decision fully online

Our Adjudicators can make an ‘e-Decision’ based on the evidence submitted (as well as through messages received), often in a matter of days.
In some cases, it may be helpful for us to conduct a Telephone or Video Hearing between you, the authority and Adjudicator, to discuss further details of your case. However you choose to receive your decision, it will clearly explain the Adjudicator’s reasons.
