The Traffic Penalty Tribunal’s Annual Report for the operating year 2024-25 has now been published.

The report provides details of the work of the independent impartial adjudicators, who are charged with determining parking and traffic civil penalty appeals.

Caroline Hamilton, Chief Adjudicator, said: ‘I am pleased to present the adjudicators’ latest annual report. The report not only delivers a transparent insight into the work of the Tribunal, but it also provides all stakeholders with a broader understanding of the law and its application in the determination of fixed penalty appeals under the civil statutory schemes within our jurisdiction.’
