The Traffic Penalty Tribunal is a Tribunal deciding upon cases brought by those entitled to appeal.  It cannot offer legal advice to anyone.

To find information about the law you might consider contacting a solicitor or a local citizens advice bureau.  You might also wish to look at the PATROL website which carries more information about what to do if you receive a parking ticket.

Please DO NOT ask the Tribunal for help or information about matters of this sort as we cannot assist.
