Parking PCNs

This section deals with appeals made against penalties issued for parking contraventions observed on or after 31 March 2008, under the Regulations made on the basis of the Traffic Management Act 2004.

There are three types of parking PCN that can be issued under this law. Select from the options below the type of PCN that has been issued to you.

• A parking PCN fixed to a vehicle or handed to a motorist by a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO)
  
• A parking PCN issued sent by post
  
• A parking PCN with removal or clamping
