Law-abiding Grace Taverner is shocked to receive a parking ticket after a visit to the town centre. She takes her local council to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal because she contends that she could not possibly have seen the Pay and Display signage beneath the floral hanging basket.

Television to Go

It's the big match and Wojtek Fijalkowski is delivering beers - and a brand new television - to his boss's apartment. When he returns he finds a parking ticket. As Wojtek speaks little English, his boss represents him at the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
